By accessing or using BYD ePay's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
Account eligibility
You must be an authorized representative of a legally registered business to open a merchant account with BYD ePay.
Use of services
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and network rules.
Fees
Fees for using our services are described on our Pricing page or your merchant agreement. Fees are subject to change on notice.
Prohibited activities
You may not use our services for restricted or prohibited activities as listed in our merchant policies.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, BYD ePay's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid to us in the preceding twelve months.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to our services in accordance with the merchant agreement and applicable law.
